Sharpr LLC ("Sharpr," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Sharpr platform and services ("Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password
  • Payment information: billing address and payment method (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Profile preferences and settings
  • Communications you send us (e.g., support requests)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time stamps
  • Device information: device type, unique device identifiers
  • Usage data: features accessed, content viewed, interactions with the Service
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to your account, analytics providers, and payment processors. This information is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • The right to delete personal information we have collected
  • The right to opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

In the prior 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1, used it as described in Section 2, and shared it only as described in Section 3.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@sharpr.bet.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services, including licensed sportsbooks. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the platform. Sharpr is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

11. International Users

Sharpr is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and, where appropriate, by email. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
